Initial Session

Your first session will be a one-hour conversation focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about your eating habits, your relationship with food, and the kind of support you’re looking for. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan to help you feel more at peace with food and your body.

Ongoing Sessions

$65 per session

Each session after your initial appointment will last about 30–45 minutes. During these sessions, we’ll explore the why behind your thoughts and behaviors around food, build awareness, and develop realistic habits that feel sustainable and actually stick. These sessions are designed to support steady progress and long-term change.
